The International Federation of the Blue Cross (IFBC) is an association founded in accordance with the Swiss Civil Code. It has a governance board, called the Network Committee, and a secretariat which supports, enables and develops the work of its member organisations around the world. The members of the General Assembly - the decision-making body - are delegates from the IFBC member organisations.
