The General Assembly of the IFBC takes place every four years. Each member organisation is entitled to delegating one representative. The General Assembly elects the President of the IFBC as well as at least six further members of the Network Committee and determines the strategy and statutes.
Should a country have a national Blue Cross Youth Association, it is considered an independent member organisation entitled to one vote. They too can bring in their requests at the General Assembly by sending a delegate. |
