role of the Project and Finance (P&F) Group is the one of an advising body with decision-making power to the General Secretariat.
The Project and Finance group assists the Secretary Generals in issues as:
– decisions of what projects are financed
– financial decisions in line with the budget approved by the Network Committee
– fundraising-activities
– strategic short term and long term planning of the General Secretariat
– advice in daily activities if necessary
